Customer Support Manager
Requirements
- BCS/BS in Engineering /Information Systems
- At least 4 years of customer support and management experience
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to take control of difficult situations
- Experienced leader with the ability to work in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment
- Technical background in networking, linux, and web programming would be plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer support engineers to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Establish support processes for new products while overseeing existing projects.
- Identify areas of opportunity to enhance customer support
- Introduce proven procedures to maximize resources while enhancing product support materials
- Organize and allocate the resources needed for technical training
- Perform periodic performance evaluations for each staff member
- Responsible for ensuring a Customer Satisfaction
