PixSense First to Enable Users to Preserve, Publish, and Share Multimedia Content from their Mobile Phone

Unique technology offers up to 90% compression on photos and videos

San Diego, CA – September 25, 2006 – PixSense today announced at DEMO Fall 2006 the launch of its new solution that allows users to manage rich media created on their phone, directly from the handset. The solution simplifies the process of managing media files created with camera phones - photos, videos, audio, blogs and text - without the need for a PC.

With just one click, users get automated photo and video-uploading, smart categorization, automatic memory management, intelligent image quality enhancement, personal publishing and sharing services (including phone-to-phone and phone-to-Web), storage, and full-featured galleries on both the Web and the phone.

PixSense´s technology advantage includes its patent-pending Bio-Compression™ technology that provides real-time, on-device media compression, reducing the file size of photos and videos up to 85 percent without compromising media quality. Most mobile phone users pay large data charges for sending individual media files over wireless networks. PixSense´s technology allows users to send media instantly from their mobile phone at a significantly lower cost.

"PixSense provides the key to unlocking the multimedia content stored on mobile phones so that users can now both preserve and share their memories with their friends and family with essentially no additional effort," says Faraz Hoodbhoy, CEO of PixSense. "PixSense´s platform enables wireless carriers to increase revenue from their existing data services by offering a solution of preserving and sharing user-generated multimedia content without any capital outlay."

PixSense´s solution is currently available on over 100 handsets. Mobile & Web users can start using it from www.pixsense.com. PixSense solution will also be available soon through its Wireless Carrier Partners.
