Customer Support Manager
Requirements
- BS in Engineering / Information Systems.
- At least 4 years of customer support and management experience.
- Strong technical background in networking, linux, and web programming.
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to take control of difficult situations and make decisions.
- Experienced leader with the ability to work in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support engineers to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Establish support processes for new products while overseeing existing projects.
- Identify areas of opportunity to enhance customer support.
- Introduce proven procedures to maximize resources while enhancing product support materials.
- Organize and allocate the resources needed for technical training.
- Perform periodic performance evaluations for each staff member.
- Responsible for ensuring a Customer Satisfaction.
